Information Notice on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

At Fabric, the security of your personal data is very important to us. Accordingly, we process your personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), in accordance with the procedures and principles set out below.

Purposes of processing personal data

Your personal data is processed to fulfil and deliver your product orders, inform you about our products and services, provide after-sales support, and meet our legal obligations.

Methods of collection and legal basis

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically through our website, email, telephone, social media and other communication channels. Processing is carried out on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Transfer of personal data

For the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to legally authorised public institutions and organisations, our business partners and, where necessary, domestic and overseas service providers.

Your rights as a data subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction within the legal framework; and request that relevant actions be communicated to third parties.
